Move CID width parsing onto GlyphWidthsMap and use the shared ToUnicodeCMap dictionary parser across simple and fallback fonts. Inline fallback program selection into FallbackFontProgram and name the bundled CJK font data as an associated constant. Co-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
